Extreme heat is forecast over the coming days, with temperatures reaching 40°C+ and little relief overnight.

Please take extra care to protect your health:

💧 Drink plenty of water (even if you don’t feel thirsty)
🕶️ Stay indoors during the hottest part of the day (11am–5pm)
🧢 Wear light clothing, hats, and sunscreen
🏠 Use air conditioning or fans where possible
🚗 Never leave children or pets in cars
