"Dear Jenny, I'm writing to update you on your recent order and sincerely apologise for the dispatch delay. The delay resulted from the shipment undergoing an inspection at the Chinese port and two random customs inspections at Australian port. The lamps should have arrived to our warehouse for us to dispatch by now but the lamps are undergoing a second random inspection by the Australian border control which has affected our timeline. Your business means a great deal to us, and we're committed to making this right. For transparency, I've attached the notice from Australian Customs on the container re-inspection at their warehouse. We're monitoring closely and will dispatch the lamps to you once the lamps clears customs and arrive to us. If you have any questions about this, the attachment, or anything else, please let me know.
