“People always asked "Why do you pay so much money for your kid to do sports”? Well I have a confession to make; I don't pay for my kid to to do sports. Personally, I couldn't care less about what sport she does.
So, if I am not paying for sports what am I paying for?
- I pay for those moments when my kid becomes so tired she wants to quit but doesn’t.

- I pay for those days when my kid comes home from school and is “too tired" to go to her training but she goes anyway.

- I pay for my kid to learn to be disciplined, focused and dedicated.

- I pay for my kid to learn to take care of her body and learn how to correctly fuel her body for success.

- I pay for my kid to learn to work with others and to be a good team mate, gracious in defeat and humble in success.

- I pay for my kid to learn to deal with disappointment, when they don’t get that placing or title they'd hoped for, but still they go back week after week giving it their best shot.

- I pay for my kid to learn to make and accomplish goals.

- I pay for my kid to respect, not only themselves, but others, officials, judges and coaches.

- I pay for my kid to learn that it takes hours and hours, years and years of hard work and practice to create a champion and that success does not happen overnight.

- I pay for my kid to be proud of small achievements, and to work towards long term goals.

- I pay for the opportunity my child has and will have to make life-long friendships, create lifelong memories, to be as proud of her achievements as I am.

- I pay so that my child can be in the gym instead of in front of a screen...

- I pay for those rides home where we make precious memories talking about practice, both good and bad.

-I pay so that my child can learn the importance of time management and balancing what is important like school and keeping grades up
..I could go on but, to be short, I don't pay for sports; I pay for the opportunities that sports provides my kid with to develop attributes that will serve her well throughout her life and give her the opportunity to bless the lives of others. From what I have seen so far I think it is a great investment!”

Ash is only 3 weeks into his training with us, but he has shown great commitment early….

6am starts Monday and Friday, because that’s the time he had to do to make his training work. That discipline is why Ash is already succeeding.

By starting the day achieving a health goal, he then is more motivated to steer clear of his previous bad habits (which was eating for convenience like take away daily due to his high pressure job).

Ash is not perfect though and is honest with me when he hasn’t met his step goals and we address them.

Ash doesn’t lie to himself, he holds himself accountable. Be like Ash. Be you, but like Ash! 😆

I hear you, I understand you, and I empathise with you. But I have the out you’ve been longing for if you’ll give me the chance…

I just wanted to reach out to those struggling with alcohol addiction. In my line of work it’s becoming more common to meet those really trying hard to overcome it.

The early days of sobriety exercise is really important to start reconstructing those neural pathways, including reducing cravings.

It’s a constant vicious cycle between anxiety, alcohol, and the SHAME, it’s gut wrenching to feel there is no way out. Many of you will have reached out to GPs and may be involved in counselling and other services which is amazing! Training is another great tool I’ve used over 13 years to help clients manage addiction.

This is your opportunity to take control back! Msg our inbox confidentially of course.

As a Personal Trainer in Berwick I will try to help where I can and if I can’t can help you contact those that can help you most.

Be kind to yourself and don’t give up trying to turn it around 😃

Let’s get the chat started and make this change happen. If you don’t feel comfortable messaging on hear you can drop me a text on 0408 001 918.

In 13 years I’m yet to meet a new mum whose had the time or energy to complete postpartum exercises.

Maybe 24 hours after the biggest moment of your life the hospital send in their physio to explain the exercises you need to complete over the following month. Between the overwhelming feeling of motherhood, the needs of your child, trying to sneak a nap and staying sane! This is about as far as your postpartum exercises usually go.

I’ve been lucky to work with many women planning a family and without doubt the most full proof method is to begin strength training pre pregnancy and during. Preparing your stomach muscles, building stability in your pelvic floor, and a resilient lower back that can handle the frontal load about to pull against it.

This family planning time is critical, you will never have more time, more energy and more resources to invest into preparing your body for motherhood.

Make the decision to invest in you now and contact us to build a bulletproof body for motherhood.

Kind Regards

Andrew @

None? Don’t giggle it off, get your s**t together, holidays are over.

If you don’t take steps and actually DO what you need to do, it’ll just be another wasted month.

Give yourself some tough love, stop delaying, making excuses and get on with it.

Cmon, your time is now, not even tomorrow. Do something this afternoon that will get the ball rolling - sign up to something, make the call, cut the toxic person off, DO SOMETHING

Great work mate, stuck to your training program, cleaned up your diet and added a small amount of walking in CONSISTENTLY.

Dewaka is a full time nurse on a rotating roster but always makes time for 3-4 training sessions per week including PT with Andrew.

The photos speak for themselves in the results.

The only supplements we had Dewaka on were protein powder and Creatine. We will now introduce L-Carnetine to help reveal that 6 pack.

Hey guys,

Andrew here, let's keep 2023 rolling with success. As your coach I want you to pick one (or more) of the following to get done this week:

1. Start your morning with lemon in water upon waking

2. Come early or stay 10 mins after session for extra cardio

3. Wear a rubber band on your wrist- anytime you catch yourself complaining pull it, change your mindset or get a raw wrist

4. Each day Write down 3 things you bring to other people

5. Put stick it notes in your room, office and car "enough thinking, now action"

6. Eat green vegetables EVERY day.

Make your choice and if you need to get the family involved.

Cheers Andrew & Danny @ PHF

Hi guys, As the year comes to an end I want to let you know how proud you should be of yourselves.

Why? Well I've been in the fitness industry nearly 15 years and I can tell you most people sign up to gyms and stop coming after a couple of weeks and at best might do another couple throughout the year meaning they did 10 -15 sessions for the year.

By booking in PT sessions, even if you only did x2 per week that's 100+ times you came to the gym this year!!! I'm telling you that is RARE! Think about it, when was the last time you did even 30 sessions in a year before starting PT.

Thank you for investing your time, effort and money into looking after your health with us.

Be proud and use what you've achieved as motivation for 2023!!
