Here’s the thing → the quality of our water isn’t what it used to be. It’s been filtered, treated, stripped back… so even if you’re smashing litres every day, you’re often not replacing the electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium) your body really needs.
Add in coffee, busy schedules, heaters/aircon, stress, plus all the extra steps we’re doing this month… and dehydration is sneaking up on most of us.... and we don't even realise.
