Led by our gorgeous instructor Kristy, who has a professional dance background and is a graduate of full-time dance at Brent Street (Sydney). She is bringing the energy and making sure everyone has the BEST time 🔥

📢 Studio Update 💛

Hi everyone, I just wanted to be transparent and let you know that I’ve been really unwell for over a week now and finally saw a doctor who made it very clear that I need proper rest to recover.

I tried to push through teaching and respond to a few things yesterday morning, but I’ve realised I’m actually worse and need to fully step back for now.

As you know, we’re a small team, and while my amazing instructors are covering what they can, I’ve had to make the hard call to cancel some classes to prioritise health.

I’m currently not well enough to respond to emails or phone calls, but I will get back to everyone as soon as I can.

Thank you so much for your patience, kindness, and support. It means the world. 💛
