From Friday February 7th to Friday February 28th 2025, the clinic will be closed as Samantha will be travelling overseas.

Normal trading hours will resume on Saturday March 1st, 2025.

Herbal collection or delivery will be unavailable during this time. Please make sure you order your herbs before February 4th. 

Reception will still be available to book, reschedule or cancel appointments.

Please also note appointment availability is very limited before the clinic closes so if you do wish to get in, make sure you book yourself in asap or get on our waitlist for next week. Because of this, we will not be accepting anymore new patients until March.

As we approach the end of the year, we need to prioritise our current patients and keep enough appointments available to honour their treatment plans. If you are urgently looking to get an appointment, we highly suggest you look at going to another clinic to receive the care you require as soon as possible. As the year comes to an end, we wanted to thank everyone who have supported the clinic. It has been a wild ride of a year and it is about time that the clinic has a little break!

The clinic will be closed for 3 weeks to the public from December 24th to January 16th. The clinic will be open for existing patients on Wednesday during this period. Please note that most appointments are taken so if you would like to be put on a wait list, let us know!

Appointments will be available to everyone from Monday January 17th.

With the recent announcement of lockdown lifting, the clinic will reopen as of normal for both essential and routine care from Friday June 11th. We will begin contacting patients who have decided to reschedule their appointments for post-lockdown over the next few days. Holisticare Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine will be open for in-person “essential” care throughout Victoria’s circuit breaker.

If you feel that your condition will be negatively impacted by the absence of treatment, we are still happy to support you for face-to-face appointments.

Telehealth appointments and contactless pickup is also available for Chinese Herbal Medicine.

We will be in contact with patients who have bookings during the circuit breaker within the next 24 hours to confirm or reschedule your appointments.

Hi Everyone, the Victorian Government has today announced new restrictions on gatherings and new rules on mask-wearing in greater Melbourne.

From 6pm today, wearing face masks are compulsory in all indoor settings for anyone aged 12 years and older unless you have an exemption.

Please remember to wear your face mask upon entering the clinic. We have some spare face masks in case you forget.
