Over a 5 year period I put my body through the wringer ( 3 knee reconstructions, fractured bones and an AC joint repair) even though I recovered well, with great help from surgeons physios and massage therapists (💁🏽‍♀️) these types of injuries and surgeries increase risk of inflammation and arthritis… Hence why I am incredibly excited about this product I’ve been lucky to trial this product myself and am excited to share results. Hey friends! My superstar nephew Nate is visiting over the holidays and will be hosting a bake sale outside of Cactus Hare Monday the 14th of July… come and meet the telethon star in person and buy some baked goods for morning tea.
Prizes up for grabs on the day with money boards and raffles. All proceeds going to Telethon

I am now a Decongestive Lymphatic Therapy practitioner, registered with the Australasian Lymphology Association. This course was incredibly interesting and insightful! It really is incredible learning about the lymphatic system and the importance of well functioning lymphatics…. I look forward to being able to help clients struggling with Lipoedema, lymphoedema (primary and secondary) and various odeamas (swelling.) throughout the course we learnt manual lymphatic drainage techniques, compression bandaging and compression garment use and fittings, client education and home support.
We also got to try the various SIPC compression devices which I hope to have available in the clinic in the near future. Get in touch if you would like any further information on how DLT treatments work and who can benefit.
