A common theme from last night’s Full Moon Circle 🌙 💫

Step into your power by leading from your heart. Leading from your true authentic self.

Reconnect to your heart whenever you need by turning on a random play list, closing your eyes, and just allowing your body to move. Don’t think about it. Don’t let your thoughts guide how you “should move” or what it “should” look like. Just breathe and listen to what your body needs. Listen to where it craves movement. Where it craves slowness. Tune in and really listen. Your body WILL speak to you.

Sometimes it may look like oozy fluid movement. Sometimes it may look like a contortionist.
Sometimes it may look like a raging bear.
Just let your body speak.

Don’t have any expectations. Just allow what needs to come up to be. Allow it to move through you, within you and out of you. Whatever comes is exactly what is meant to be and will reconnect you to yourself.
