Listening to The Falling Rain

I breathe with the rhythm of the falling rain,
letting each inhale gather peace,
letting each exhale release tension,
feeling the world soften around me
and the quiet settle within.

I acknowledge the rain as it falls, listening to its soothing rhythm,
while honoring its quiet insistence,
observing as it passes
and allowing myself to simply be.

Like the rain, I let life flow,
releasing what no longer serves me,
accepting each moment as it is,
