Hi all! We have received our FLU vaccines for 2025. Everyone can now walk-in for their yearly FLU vaccination. No bookings required. It's a good time to have it now, starting from April all the way to end of winter. For those who are 65 and younger, there will be a 21.95 cost. For those who are 65 and older OR pregnant OR indigenous/Torres Strait islander OR with chronic illness, there will be just 10 dollars. We need to get protected this winter as experts are predicting a more severe season this year. Nathalia Pharmacy

💡 ICYMI: Two days ago, at , Prime Minister Anthony Albanese announced a reduction on the maximum out-of-pocket cost of prescription medicines for patients.

The new price of $25 will benefit over 20 million Australians who don’t hold a health or concession card.

From 1 February 2025, pack sizes of paracetamol will change, with larger quantities (50 and above) shifting to Schedule 3 (Pharmacist-Only).

TGA has reduced the maximum pack size for general sale in supermarkets and convenience stores from 20 to 16 tablets only.

The maximum pack size for pharmacy over-the-counter sale has been reduced from 100 to 50 tablets. Pack sizes up to 100 tablets are still available but as Pharmacist-Only medicines (Schedule 3) only.
