🔥SMERC 2026 delivered 🔥

From firefighting and rescue scenarios through to medical response and team coordination, the level of skill and teamwork on display in Kalgoorlie this weekend was outstanding.

We were proud to be a sponsor of this year’s event and to be on site supporting and connecting with teams across the industry.

Great to have Adam, Charlotte, Aaron, Chrisee and Jonathan on site across the weekend.

A big well done to everyone involved — these are the environments that continue to lift the standard of emergency response across the sector.

A special mention as well to Camilo Hernandez Nino, who successfully bid on one of our Rosenbauer helmets during the fundraiser auction over the weekend — a great result for a great cause.

☀️ A fantastic turnout this morning for the Grand Opening breakfast at our Darwin facility ☀️

This milestone reflects a significant effort behind the scenes, with Toby and the NT team doing an outstanding job to bring the facility to life.

From emergency response and medical site services, to training — including Civil & Construction capability delivered through Host Safety and Training Rto.40772 — and Defence services via STAR International along with specialist vehicles & equipment, this facility strengthens our ability to deliver fully integrated, local capability with people who understand the environment, the challenges, and who stand behind the work they deliver.

While Parabellum continues to grow nationally, this is what it’s really about — building something reliable, grounded locally, and based on long-term relationships and trust.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to mark the occasion — we look forward to continuing to support our clients and the Territory community.

Out and about, wherever it counts

Across the country, our people are on the ground — on site, at industry events and in the community.

It is all part of staying connected. Showing up, building relationships and understanding what is happening in the environments we support.

From operations through to events and everything in between, it is about being present, engaged and backing our teams and clients.

Because the best outcomes come from being there.

🚨 Rosenbauer Builds Progressing at Naval Base 🚨

The workshop continues to build momentum, with multiple Rosenbauer emergency response vehicles now progressing through production at our Naval Base facility.

These builds reflect the strength of our partnership with Rosenbauer Group, combining global design with local production to deliver high-performance vehicles tailored for Australian conditions — Made in WA.

Backed by our local Parabellum field and service technicians, these vehicles are supported well beyond delivery, ensuring ongoing reliability and performance in the field.

It is great to see these vehicles taking shape, with more updates to come as they move through the build and closer to delivery.

Women in Rescue Forum 2026
What started as a vision to create space for connection, support, and growth for women in emergency response has grown into something truly special.

In 2025, Parabellum International was proud to partner with Mineral Resources to deliver the inaugural Women in Rescue Forum (EM CoP). What began as a small but powerful initiative brought together women from across the emergency response and resources sectors to share experiences and support one another.

Fast forward to 2026 and the forum has continued to grow, with even greater participation, collaboration and engagement from women and allies across the industry. The conversations were honest, inspiring and a strong reminder of the leadership and capability women bring to emergency response teams across Australia.

This year also saw collaboration with ERGT Australia - RTO 2534, Fire and Safety Australia and St John Ambulance, reinforcing that when organisations work together and share knowledge the entire industry benefits.

A special acknowledgement goes to our trainer Peggy Lee Stephens, who has been involved since the very beginning. As lead trainer of the forum, Peggy has dedicated countless hours behind the scenes helping bring this initiative to life and supporting the development of women across the sector.

We would also like to recognise our RTO Manager Charlie Coupland, whose support and coordination played an important role in making the forum possible. Charlie worked tirelessly behind the scenes to help ensure the Naval Base event ran smoothly and successfully.

We are incredibly proud of the team and grateful for the passion and expertise they bring to initiatives like this.

As founding partners of the Women in Rescue Forum, we are proud to support a platform that celebrates women in emergency response while helping create pathways for the next generation of leaders.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed and helped make the 2026 forum such a success. We are excited to see this community continue to grow.
