That's right.
Just one sign or symptom is enough to indicate that a concussion may have occurred. It's important that if you think you or a loved one has suffered a concussion that you seek medical assistance whether that be at your local GP, urgent care or at the hospital. That way you will be able to make sure you manage your recovery and are able to return to activity without worry.

Jack Corcoran and Sam O'Connor recently completed their second concussion cruise all in the name of concussion awareness and education.

Jack began the epic run, completing 600km through Europe in just 12 days and documenting his adventure along the way. Sam then took over the reigns running 400kms in 8 days from Bermagui to Accor Stadium in Sydney for the NRL grand final.

Follow their page on Instagram to see what they get up to next.

Thank you so much to these legends for all they have done to spread the word about concussion! We're so proud of you both.

From the team at Connectivity, we wish you a safe and happy Christmas with family and friends!

Thank you!
We have reached 20,000 people who have enrolled to take part in one of our Concussion Short Courses! The more people who are educated to recognise the signs, symptoms and red flags of concussion the better off the community will be as a whole. If you haven't enrolled in one of these courses, you can view them at www.connectivity.org.au/courses to see if there is one that suits your needs!

We are in the midst of 16 days in WA here in Western Australia, with the aim encouraging change and ending violence against women.

Alongside Elders and community, Connectivity recently co-designed this animation on traumatic brain injury in domestic and family violence. Family and domestic violence situations can cause serious head trauma, leading to concussions or other serious injuries.

Together, let's stop family and domestic violence
