This week marked an incredible milestone as we celebrated 10 years with Jake Le Roux at Access Cardiology.🎉

Over the past decade, Jake has been an integral part of our organisation and a steady face for both patients and team members who have likely seen him around our clinics over the years.

As our Head Sonographer, Jake does so much behind the scenes to support our doctors, staff, patients, and wider business. His loyalty, leadership, reliability, and commitment to high-quality patient care have played a huge role in shaping the team and culture we have today.

Thank you, Jake, for everything you have contributed over the past 10 years. We are incredibly grateful to have you as part of the Access Cardiology family.

This Heart Health Week is a reminder to check in on your heart health and overall wellbeing ❤️

Regular activity, healthy habits, managing stress, and routine check-ups can all play an important role in reducing your risk of heart disease.

If you’re 45 years or older and don’t already have heart disease, speak to your GP about a Heart Health Check. It’s a simple assessment that helps identify your risk of heart attack or stroke and what you can do to lower it.

Prevention starts with awareness.

This week is Patient Experience Week 🤍

At Access Cardiology, we are proud to recognise the people behind every patient interaction, from our doctors and technicians to our administrative and support teams, who contribute to delivering compassionate, coordinated care every day.

Patient Experience Week is a global initiative led by the celebrating the impact healthcare teams have on patient care and experience across the continuum.

We are grateful to receive feedback like this from our patients and thank our team for the care, warmth and professionalism they show every day.

Yesterday marked National Doctors’ Day! 🥼

A moment to recognise the people behind the care.

Every day, doctors show up to support patients through uncertainty, make important decisions under pressure, and provide care when it matters most.

Did you know medical doctors and specialists make up just 0.8% of Australia’s workforce? That’s around 100,000 doctors across the country.

A small workforce, with a significant impact.

Behind every consultation, test, and result is a person committed to doing their best for each patient.

We’re proud to work alongside a team who bring not only expertise, but genuine care to everything they do.

Thank you for everything you do.

A Holter monitor is a small wearable device that records your heart rhythm continuously over 24 hours.

It helps detect irregular heart rhythms that may not appear during a standard ECG in clinic.

Your doctor may recommend a Holter monitor if you’ve experienced dizziness, blackouts, chest pain or a racing heartbeat.

At Access Cardiology, we provide bulk-billed Holter monitoring across Western Australia for eligible patients, supporting accurate diagnosis and ongoing care.
