Meet Chloe, our newest fitness team member! 🙌Chloe is a passionate Fitness Trainer, currently in her final year of Exercise and Sports Science at Newcastle University.

She has a genuine love for movement and sport. With a background as a competitive tennis player, she developed a strong work ethic, discipline, resilience, and a deep appreciation for structured, progressive training. Her athletic journey continues today through regular strength training, running, and morning walks - always followed by a good coffee. ☕️

She has a particular interest in helping clients build strength, enhance performance, and feel confident in their bodies through practical, evidence-based programming. Chloe believes that training should be purposeful, progressive, and sustainable.
She enjoys supporting individuals of all fitness levels, whether they are new to training or striving to reach the next level in their performance. With a focus on long-term progress, education, and sustainable habits, Chloe empowers her clients to build lasting change.

Her energy, drive, and supportive nature make her a motivating and approachable coach who is committed to helping others unlock their full potential. 💪

Our wonderful client Jen shares what she was struggling with before starting with us.

We wish we could bottle her determination and consistency!

We’re so happy she’s back playing the tennis she loves… although her on-court opponents might not be! 🎾😉

From walking 50km a week… to being pain-free.

Our wonderful client Jodie shares what she tried before joining Evado - and what’s changed over the past 3 years with us.

Walking has so many health benefits and gave her movement - but by purely walking, her body wasn’t being challenged in the ways needed to build strength.

With consistent strength, Pilates, and stretch work, she’s now:
✔️ Pain-free
✔️ Moving better
✔️ Strong where it actually matters

If this sounds like you - walking lots and staying active but not seeing the changes you expected - it might not be about doing more, but about giving your body the right support. 💪

Thank you to James from Evado for keeping the junior Neptunes on the touch field and ready for finals!

Bone health isn’t something most of us think about - until we have a reason to.

For me, bone stress injuries and a family history of osteoporosis sparked a deeper interest in how we can protect our bones long term.

While we can’t control our genetics, resistance training is one of the most effective tools we have to build bone strength, maintain independence, and support quality of life as we age.

Yet the data suggests the majority of women aren’t doing regular strength training.

So I want to hear from you 👇
What’s been your biggest barrier to getting started?
And if you do strength train - was there anything that almost stopped you?

20/01/2026

As we age, our bodies need more protection — not less.
Yet most women over 40 aren’t lifting weights, and by the time we reach 60, the majority have stopped altogether.
The result? We lose muscle mass, bone density, and confidence — while our risk of osteoporosis, weakness, and injury climbs.
Here’s the good news: it’s never too late to start.
Even just two strength sessions a week can rebuild muscle, strengthen bones, and change how you move through life.
You don’t need a crowded gym.
You don’t need to “have it all figured out” before you start.
You just need the right guidance and a safe space to begin.

Send us a message so we can help you get started 💪

Strength training doesn’t need to feel intimidating. Many people worry about doing it wrong or getting hurt.

Our sessions are small, coached step by step, and designed so you can work at your own pace - with a focus on good form and building confidence.

We also offer 1:1 sessions to build confidence before moving into group classes.
If you’re nervous to start, send us a DM or give us a call and we’re happy to talk things through.

This garage is where we first started helping people in our community with physiotherapy and fitness.

It’s hard to believe we’ve since impacted over 3,000 people - and our neighbour is a lot happier now too 😂
