As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll be making a real impact in people’s lives — every single shift.
Your day-to-day may include:
Supporting participants in Supported Independent Living (SIL) and community settings
Assisting with personal care, daily living, and household tasks
Supporting community access and social engagement
Assisting with medication and health-related supports
Encouraging independence and helping participants achieve their goals
Supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours (with training provided)
Completing documentation and progress notes in line with NDIS standards
Shifts available across 7 days, including weekends, sleepovers, and active nights.
✅ What You’ll Need
Minimum 1 year experience as a Disability Support Worker (preferred)
Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services (or willingness to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid & CPR
Driver’s licence
Police Check (within 3 months)
Comprehensive car insurance
Understanding of NDIS Practice Standards
