Nelson Bay Health Foods is an independently owned “One stop health food store and health clinic” that has been a part of the local area for over 30 years. Tanya the owner is a Medical Herbalist who is passionate about helping educate people and provide quality products including supplements, herbal medicine, organic wholefoods, local honey, freshly ground peanut butter, some fresh produce, natural skincare and shampoos, natural cleaning products, herbal teas, tinctures and creams....we have other practitioners working daily who provide advice and support when people visit the store. Tanya has introduced a herbal dispensary where practitioners can make up individual herbal formulas for people depending on their symptoms (private consultations are also available), there is also a range of herbal teas Tanya has blended to help with issues including digestive, menopausal symptoms, energy and immune support. The store has their own branded reusable bags on offer and encourage customers to bring their own along with their own jars to re fill with local honey or peanut butter or wholefoods from the bulk food section. There are many great products to see and a wealth of information to gain when you visit this busy little shop.
