E.G. My Unconditional Love meaning is the dictionary description. How I am finding it in my daily life are my actions of working past the lack of feeling “not warm” towards self and others and show myself and others love anyway. I always think of the colour blue when I do this.
I don’t always get it right, however I am learning and get better at it day by day 😉
No doubt this will change through my life as I grow and learn, but for now it is very effective for me

E.G. My Peace meaning is the dictionary description. How I am finding it in my daily life is my actions of Slowing Down and putting conscious thoughts before my words, movements and my responses to people. I also try to meditate (even if it is for 5 minutes)
