Pharmacy on-site. Hinterland Pharmacy is open 7 days a week 7am to 10pm. Pathology services provided by Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology. A large parking area is available adjacent to the medical centre. Appointments: In order to minimise waiting time, this practice operates by an appointment system. The Hinterland Medical Centre is conveniently located just off the motorway and is serviced by dedicated and experienced doctors, who strive to provide excellent care to all patients.

14/6/1979 - 30/04/2021

It is with great sadness we inform you that our respected colleague and dear friend Dr Jason Humm lost his battle with cancer on Friday 30 April 2021. Dr Humm battled courageously and remained optimistic even though the battle was extremely difficult. Our deepest and sincere condolences to his wife and two children.

Dr Humm will be remembered for his kindness, strength, courage, empathy and wonderful smile.

Good news. Come next Monday 30th March, Telehealth appointments with be available for all patients. These are bulk billed appointments with a GP consulting through phone/video call.

***Are you pregnant during the COVID19 pandemic?***

At Hinterland Medical Centre we are taking important steps to ensure the safety of all our patients during this difficult time.
Many parts of your antenatal care can be managed via Telehealth – such as pathology results, pregnancy counselling, answering your questions and concerns. However, most women will need to be seen in person at least monthly, and more frequently in the third trimester.
To protect our pregnant women we are offering an antenatal-only clinic in our downstairs rooms each Saturday morning.
This will allow you to be seen by the doctor in a safe environment.

Our government funded free flu vaccinations arriving soon. Eligible patients - age 6 months to less than 5 years, over 65, pregnancy, all ATSI over 6 months old, patients with chronic medical conditions.
