Your Yoga Moment Michelle has a slow & mindful style of yoga - with a special focus on Yoga to support Trauma Recovery & Mental Well-being.

Available for Private, Special Event, Community & Workplace classes; both Online (Live) or In-person (at your location). Michelle's signature style of teaching is a slow & mindful, trauma-informed approach, that emphasizes how you feel, rather than how you look. Classes aim to build functional awareness of how to move your body safely both on & off the mat. An intelligent & gentle way to practice

yoga and find your ease within your Self.

"MINDFUL MONDAYS" (ONLINE ONLY)
6pm-7.20pm (AEST) Monday evenings via Zoom. Small & friendly community class feels;
Slow & mindful yoga practices;
Create harmony & balance with breath, movement & meditation.

"RECOVERY YOGA"
A slower practice to stretch, relax and restore. Perfect way to unwind into calm or recover after a workout...

Deeply restful, meditative practice of stillness; holding supported postures to gently stretch, improve energy, well-being & joint mobility. Beginner to Intermediate options offered. Palm Beach Aquatic Centre

Slow mindful practice of traditional held postures & movements to gently build strength, improve mobility & support well-being. Options offered for Beginners to Intermediate experience. Palm Beach Aquatic Centre
