Let me know your attendance! Regular classes (2-3 per week) will give you the most beneficial results and you will see the improvements faster. All classes can be altered for experience levels and are an inclusive space where everyone is welcome 🌞

These classes are small, welcoming and we focus on holding space for everyone in all their individual ways. You can connect with those that are there and build your circle of friends or you can sit quietly and no one expects anything from you ✨ it’s just a space you can be you.
Pm me (Leila) for class details - it’s a minimum of two people per class for them to go ahead. You can pre-pay classes to hold yourself accountable or you can pay per class. I look forward to meeting you, sharing space and helping you to achieve the goals you set yourself 🙏
