A clinically trained nutritionist, wholefoods chef, health educator, activist and Mum. I’m passionate about nose-to-tail & root-to-tip eating and inventing refreshingly simple ways to use food as medicine.
I have witnessed incredible healing of many chronic health conditions and have come to believe that many of the diseases which plague our modern society can be reversed simply and easily with dietary, mindset and lifestyle change.
I love helping people get more nutritional bang for their buck by understanding that the most nutrient dense foods aren't flying long distances in fancy packaging to get to you – they’re being produced by a farmer, just down the road. In my experience, cultivating health doesn’t have to be complicated, time-consuming or expensive. And if you stick around, I can show you how to make it exciting and extremely delicious.
