Lexi is a registered natural therapist with ANTA, supporting both teenagers and adults in building mental health, self-esteem, and a compassionate relationship with self & food. 💚

Through a unique blend of evidence-based nutrition and her own lived experience, Lexi empowers clients to heal, grow, and thrive in everyday life. 🌸

Tiena is currently studying Nutrition and Dietetics, with a passion for physical activity, wellbeing, and empowering others. With a background in competitive sports, Tiena was introduced to Pilates through swim training, as a way to build strength, control, and prevent injury. This early exposure fostered her love for Pilates and its ability to support both the body and mind.

Tiena hopes to share her enthusiasm through enjoyable and engaging classes, with clients feeling strong, confident, and connected. She is passionate about a lifestyle approach to health and creating a safe, welcoming space where people can be part of a supportive community. ✨
