I’ve been deep in the work of growth lately both for myself and for SOBA and honestly, it’s been as energising as it is challenging. To get to that next level, my mindset, my mental energetics is the foundation for everything. It’s about showing up with discipline, intention, and consistency, even on the days when it feels a bit tricky. Growth isn’t always seamless, but it’s exciting, it’s motivating, and it’s where all the good stuff starts to unfold. Big things are brewing, and I’m here for it! Here are some of my affirmations that I’m loving atm.
