A massive THANK YOU to the most amazing retreat guests for making my first YOGA + HANDSTANDS + SNOW Retreat the most amazing week ever!!!

There were so many epic Handstands🤸‍♀️, some getting upside down for their very first time! Some skiing⛷️ and snowboarding🏂 for the first time, and an all round insane experience in the japow for all of us!!! I absolutely loved every minute of it!🥰

The yoga, handstands, shredding, onsens, and the most fun dance party on our last night!🕺

Thank you for making my first International Retreat such a fun experience!!!!

Can't wait to do it all again🧘‍♀️🤸‍♀️🤩

The face you make when gets you to hold a 45second One Arm Handstand!

We're not even halfway through our Handstand Intensive with and I've already improved so much!!

and are the most amazing teachers! I'm loving every minute of it🤩

I've learnt so much already and can't wait to bring it all back to my students 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️

SUNDAY FUNDAY ALERT!!

SUP + YOGA + HANDSTANDS on the 19th of March at the beautiful Tallebudgera Creek!

We will meet at 8am for a 30 minute Yoga + Handstand warm up on the grassy bank of the creek, before jumping on the paddleboards for a stand up adventure down the creek, then (attempting 😉) Yoga poses and Handstands on the SUPS! The best part is when you fall in😉

No experience needed! This will be a fun morning out on the water, soaking up some Vitamin D, trying something new, and meeting new friends!!

$60 for the 2.5 hour Sunday Funday session including SUP hire and intro to paddleboarding, or $40 if you're bringing your own😊
