When Doc is off the clock he likes to lace up those Hoka's and hit the path running 🏃‍♂️ But...he doesn't always do this for himself. With a family of runners alongside him, Team Holland will be taking on because they are CRAZY enough to run 100km in a day. Want to know the rules? Same! They will need to achieve 4.2km on the hour, EVERY hour for 24hrs!! OUCH! But....Pain is temporary. Purpose is forever.

You might be wondering why run the ox? It's a good question. Dr Matt and his family have supported since the beginning of this incredible charity. RUN DIPG is actively searching for a cure for DIPG/DMG - an extremely aggressive childhood cancer that has a medium life expectancy of 9-11 months. The reality of this is grim for approx 20 Australian families per year. Sadly, Dr. Matt's good friend's Dr Phoebe Dun and Matty Dun (cool cat founders of RUN DIPG) lost their daughter Josie at the age of four. This year, we celebrate Josie's 10th birthday. So now you're probably thinking 100km doesn't seem so bad after all.
