Casual Allied Health Receptionist
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and reliable Casual Allied Health Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for clients and plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a warm and professional manner
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and scheduling
- Handle phone and email enquiries
- Maintain accurate client records and process payments
- Support clinicians with administrative tasks as needed
About You:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Proficient in basic computer systems and past experience with booking software (not essential)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous reception or healthcare experience is desirable but not essential
- Must be able to work Fridays and Saturday mornings with additional work available during school/uni holidays
