Casual Allied Health Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and reliable Casual Allied Health Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for clients and plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist clients in a warm and professional manner
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and scheduling
- Handle phone and email enquiries
- Maintain accurate client records and process payments
- Support clinicians with administrative tasks as needed

About You:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Proficient in basic computer systems and past experience with booking software (not essential)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous reception or healthcare experience is desirable but not essential
- Must be able to work Fridays and Saturday mornings with additional work available during school/uni holidays

Huge congratulations to our Osteopaths Alan and Renae on completing the Lake Macquarie Standard distance triathlon on the weekend.

In less then ideal conditions for swimming and biking both Alan and Renae completed the 1.5km swim, 40km bike and 10km run.

Congratulations to all the athletes who participated on the day as it is always fun to get out the support local events.
