Zoe just finished our recent 6 Week Challenge. Her goal was to develop a healthy routine around her little new born, make smarter snack decisions without sacrificing too many calories due to breastfeeding and get stronger. All of those we can give a HUGE tick to! βœ…οΈ
Zoe has been smashing PBs in the gym, her body composition has changed and she's continuing to make healthier decisions.

Burn Functional Fitness was established in 2016 with the intention to improve the health and fitness of the Derwent Valley community. Now in its third year of operation it has seen a major facility upgrade and has helped many achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals. 2019 has seen the gym expand their services, now offering 24/7 access to members. On top of group classes this will give clients the complete fitness experience!

Burn has developed a system to deliver HIIT (high intensity interval training) and Strength & Conditioning training. Come find out how one hour with us can change your life. With the balance of HIIT and Strength training we guarantee your experience will leave you hungry for more!

You can find Burn Functional Fitness located at 51-55 Hamilton Road, New Norfolk (next to the car wash).
