Brooke's 6 Week Challenge changes.
Brooke was super discipline throughout the Challenge with the aim to build strength and muscle.
An important thing to highlight is that Brooke weighs pretty much the same in both photos which tells us a couple things:
⚖️ Scales on their own are useless. Brooke lost approx 10cm around her waist alone.
📈 Brooke built a solid amount of muscle to change her body composition.

While Sarah may have moved to Perth it hasn't stopped her from popping in to knock out her 500th session. 💪
We miss Sarah's positive attitude and friendliness around the gym! 🥲
Danni is an absolute LEGEND of the gym. Absolute filthy humour and SO approachable in the gym, Danni has made unbelievable progress in gym from a strength, skill and capacity perspective. We couldn't be prouder of how far she has come! 🤩

Congrats on your 500 sessions, Michaela!
If you've seen Michaela in the gym you've probably heard her first.
She only knows one gear and that is balls to the wall. 😅
The improvements she has made in the gym both in a physical capacity (like stringing together toes to bar) and a body composition stand point are an absolute TESTAMENT to her full send attitude.

We absolutely LOVE having you and your big vibes and positive energy as a part of our community. Keep being you forever. ♥️

Congratulations to Chantelle, our 2nd ever 1500 club member! 🥳
Chantelle spends more hours at the gym per week than most of the coaches and some how STILL has this unlimited amount of energy 😅
She has progressed so much throughout the years: competed and placed in fitness comps, mastered technical movements and has a never ending desire to learn and do more.
100% the biggest supporter of our gym- comes to EVERY social event, supports other members in their own pursuits and has built some amazing relationships within our community.
We couldn't be prouder of you and we are SO thankful that you are a part of our community ❤️

Our Story

Burn Functional Fitness was established in 2016 with the intention to improve the health and fitness of the Derwent Valley community. Now in its third year of operation it has seen a major facility upgrade and has helped many achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals. 2019 has seen the gym expand their services, now offering 24/7 access to members. On top of group classes this will give clients the complete fitness experience!

Burn has developed a system to deliver HIIT (high intensity interval training) and Strength & Conditioning training. Come find out how one hour with us can change your life. With the balance of HIIT and Strength training we guarantee your experience will leave you hungry for more!

You can find Burn Functional Fitness located at 51-55 Hamilton Road, New Norfolk (next to the car wash).
