✨There is so much truth in this quote ( author unknown). Following preparing another family to relocate interstate - it’s in the packing that many discover just how much they have accumulated- even over a short period of time.

✨The reasons can be multifaceted but basically it is about shopping habits, not removing items that are of no longer any use on a regular basis .

✨It is essential to start early- sorting, culling, categorising, packing and labelling to describe it in a neat package.

✨This allows space and time to make good decisions without pressure - removing what is no longer required whilst also not making pressured choices and having regrets.

✨My role is to walk alongside my client and clear the property in preparation for renovations to optimise its appeal to prospective buyers.

✨The project will take place over time to allow the client to sort through and decide what to keep , donate, sell or give away.

✨ Decluttering takes time. It is not a one off event but a lifestyle practice that can be learned.

✨We invest time and money acquiring our possessions and it will take time to remove them from our lives when they no longer have a purpose.

✨To live an uncluttered life ( this will look different to each of us) we need to assess and declutter regularly before it gets to overwhelm and “a have to” due to change in life circumstances.
