From August 11, 2025, all providers will be transitioning from PRODA to myID (a secure Digital ID) and RAM (Relationship Authorisation Manager).

This update strengthens identity verification, makes access easier, and ensures only authorised staff can act on behalf of a provider.

Why this matters:
• Accountability: Every staff member must use their own Digital ID. No more shared logins or unclear authorisations.
• Trust: Participants and the NDIA can be confident that access is secure and traceable.
• Compliance: Providers need to make sure all staff are correctly set up to avoid delays or access issues.

What this means for Acquaintance Care:
All staff—from admin to support workers—will need clear guidance and training to make this transition smooth. We will include this in onboarding and ongoing support, ensuring our teams are confident and compliant.

At Acquaintance Care, we focus on turning updates into practical frameworks. From training and workshops to participant-led service plans, our priority is always positive outcomes over just delivery.

Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Short Term Accommodation (STA) services are available now in Newcastle and Central Coast.
