🧠💜 Mental Health Matters! 💜🧠

We recently held a powerful session on Mental Health Awareness, where we explored the importance of understanding mental well-being, recognizing signs of mental health conditions, and breaking the stigma that surrounds it.

From identifying early symptoms to promoting self-care strategies and showing how we can support one another — every slide was a reminder that mental health is just as important as physical health.

Let’s continue the conversation, support each other, and create a world where no one feels alone.
