SIL Immediate Capacity - Gillieston Heights NSW

We are pleased to inform you that we currently have immediate capacity to support new participants, with vacancies at two of our properties in Gillieston Heights.

Chrysalis Accommodation offers safe, fully furnished Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes, backed by a dedicated and highly trained support team. Our staff receive ongoing training in trauma-informed care, Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), Positive Behaviour Support, and client-specific allied health practices—ensuring high-quality, person-centred support every day.

Each home is supported by on-site leadership, including a Team Leader and Program Coordinator, providing consistent oversight, and coordinated care. We prioritise transparency and collaboration through monthly wellbeing reports and bi-monthly stakeholder meetings.

All homes include access to an organisational vehicle, supporting seamless community participation and attendance at appointments.
