A simple mindfulness technique
✨Present moment awareness: Mindfulness centers on the here and now, rather than dwelling on the past or worrying about the future.
✨Non-judgmental observation: It means noticing your thoughts and feelings without labeling them as good or bad, or trying to control or change them.
✨Acceptance: You accept your thoughts and feelings as they are, understanding that there is no “right” or “wrong” way to feel.
✨Gentle attention: It involves paying attention to your experience with a kind, gentle, and curious attitude.
