💫 A Year of Grief, Growth, and Ascension
2024, a personal 9 year for me - a year of endings and laying foundations for the new 9 year cycle ahead, it has been one of the most profound and transformative of my life. It was vividly marked by the loss of my beautiful Mother, a soul so strong, purpose driven and full of love.
Being consciously present with her as she transitioned was one of such immense beauty and intensity, what a privilege it is to be able to support someone as they leave behind the density of their human body. Grief has been a constant teacher for me in this lifetime, showing me the depths of LOVE and, paradoxically the immense heights of spiritual expansion.
Grief came with me into this lifetime through the very portal that was my Mothers womb and from my physical birth, it became the portal to my ascension. In those darkest of moments there is such beauty and depth of the human experience, the potential for the most profound growth.
l've come to see that grief is not just a place of loss-it's a sacred space where we are called to evolve. It accelerates our spiritual understanding, aligning us with truths we might have otherwise overlooked. It's a reminder that even in what feels like the worst moments, there is an invitation to expand, to learn, and to connect more deeply with ourselves and the cosmos. Even though Mum is not here in physical form, I look forward with excitement as our energetic relationship continues. She was the LOVE and the LIGHT held with strength and purpose.
So, let's let go of what feels heavy and take only the light with us as we raise the vibration moving into an entirely new era, giving thanks who have paved the way.
