I always ask caregivers to describe their child in their own words at the end of my intake form.
✨ Playful, energetic, witty, charismatic ✨
These four words came from a form this week.

I love reading them. After reflecting on the challenges, it’s powerful to pause and celebrate the magic that makes each child truly unique.

These words matter. So do they.

It’s easy to get swept up by bold claims and blanket strategies online. Scroll long enough and the comments section starts to feel like a group consult.

But your child isn’t a case study.

Their nervous system, feeding skills, oral function, sleep patterns, personality; all of it is uniquely theirs. Which means their support needs to be too.

Viral advice can’t replace qualified, personalised care. You don’t need to try every trending tip. You don’t need to do it alone.

Let’s lead with curiosity, not blanket advice and definitely not comparison.
