A big thank you to Kathy Smith from Wellbeing & Mystic Services for providing each of her guests, one these sweet Smudge posies, at her latest retreat in the beautiful Hunter Vally.

A thoughtful surprise, we hope you can take home a little slice of retreat and recreate that same sense of peace at home.

For an extra boost, don’t forget ladies, you can remove your crystal, part the flowers to the side and place on a bed of rock salt or abalone shell before gently lighting the sage and emerge yourself amoungst the sacred smoke.
Your tea tree or lavander can stay and will smolder with the sage for extra benefits ❀️
