Next time you’re in an uncomfortable emotion, try to feel your way through it instead of thinking 💭 💛

Movement and nature are two key practices to support your base chakra. The simple practice of grounding yourself in nature can do wonders for you physically, mentally and spiritually. 🚶‍♂️🌱

Be present when doing this. Try to have no music or podcasts playing in your ears. Really listen to the sounds of nature and watch what’s going on around you.

Lately I’ve enjoyed lots of beach walks, ocean swims, being barefoot in the grass and sand, laying in the sun and tennis. ☀️🌊🎾

Day 4 of my cycle. 🩸

This week I entered my Inner Winter. I made lots of space for me during this time with earlier bed times, journaling, meditation, reading, slow intentional coffees and cuddles with my nephew! ❄️❤️

I love to tap into tarot and oracle cards during my bleed as we are our most intuitive and connected to spirit during this time! Lots of time for reflection, self awareness and connecting deeper to myself 🔮🌟

I also love to include reiki & gratitude practices to stay on top of my emotions/moods and take time to set up a new cycle tracker for the month ahead!

My favourite photo 🌈✨

Happy Monday! I’ve started the week with a big training session at Pineapple Fitness. It was a tough one but I know it will set my day up for happy feels and good vibes.

I have a HUGE week with working 6 days plus all the extra appointments, tutoring school kids and other things, so I know I really need to plan my movement, add in moments of mindfulness, prep my meals and still make sure I’m doing something I enjoy each day (like reading, watching new girl or seeing a friend).
