Lauren joined the Redtail team a few months ago as our Support Coordinator and has already become such a valued part of our little Redtail family 💛

She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience within the disability sector, but what really stands out about Lauren is how caring and supportive she is with the people she works alongside.

Lauren is calm, approachable, easy to talk to and passionate about helping participants navigate the NDIS while working towards goals that actually matter to them. Whether it’s helping connect people with the right supports, untangling NDIS overwhelm or simply being someone participants can rely on, Lauren always goes above and beyond ✨

Lauren currently has capacity and is available to support new participants across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie & the Hunter 😊

We’re so lucky to have her as part of the Redtail team 🫶

🖤✨ Today we say a big farewell to our incredible General Manager, Pauline, as she heads off into retirement!

From keeping us organised (and occasionally in line!) to bringing her leadership, care, and plenty of laughs; Pauline has been such an important part of the Redtail story.

We’ll miss her dearly, but we couldn’t be happier for her as she swaps rostering and emails for sleep-ins, sunshine and well deserved adventures.

Thank you, Pauline, for everything you’ve poured into Redtail. Wishing you all the very best in this next chapter!

While we’re rugged up in the cold here in Newcastle, our Support Worker, Stevie, is supporting one of our long-standing clients on a holiday in beautiful Bali ☀️🌴

It fills our hearts to see our clients continuing to live full, vibrant lives - travelling the world and embracing new experiences - regardless of an acquired disability.

We are so proud of how far he has come and we’re so honoured to play a part in it 💛🌏

Remi leads with heart, purpose, and just the right amount of spark ✨ With 6 years of experience in the disability sector (and lived experience of being neurodivergent), she’s dedicated to driving positive change and creating inclusive spaces for all.

At her core, Remi believes in the power of connection, community, and creating spaces where people feel safe to be their full, authentic selves. She’s all about empowering others, advocating for inclusive solutions, and bringing joy to the work we do every day. 🧡

You’ll find her championing the team, dreaming up ways to make the world more inclusive, and making sure Redtail stays true to its mission - all while sharing a good laugh along the way!

We absolutely love connecting and collaborating with like-minded providers in our community! Why? Because the reality is, no organisation can hand on heart say they're the right fit for everyone!

Having a strong network of quality providers to work with creates better outcomes for all. It was fantastic to catch up with Jacqueline from U Do U Boo, an awesome local Indigenous mental health and disability organisation.
