A community-based group program focused on socialisation, new experiences, and getting out and about.

With a monthly calendar of exciting activities, participants are encouraged to share ideas and help shape the program, making every experience meaningful and enjoyable.

Whether you’re looking to build skills, meet new people, or simply have some fun, there’s something here for you.

🌻 Lest We Forget 🌻

This Anzac Day, the VHCC team had the honour of attending the Ballarat Anzac Day memorial to pay our respects to those who served and sacrificed.

They laid a wreath of sunflowers in memory of the brave men and women who fought in World War I, World War II, and the Vietnam War. Their courage, sacrifice, and dedication to protecting the freedoms we enjoy today will never be forgotten.

To all veterans, serving members, and their families — we stand with you, we honour you, and we are forever grateful. 🙏

Hydrotherapy Pool Hire

Supporting health, wellbeing, and independence through tailored hydrotherapy.

Our hydrotherapy sessions provide a low-impact, supportive environment where participants can build strength, improve mobility, and work towards their individual goals in a safe and engaging way.

Who Can Use the Pool?
• NDIS participants
• Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists
• Allied health providers supporting participants
• Support workers assisting participants during sessions

We are currently accepting referrals and have availability across our services. To learn more or discuss how we can support your participant, please contact our team today.
