Every emotional experience you have ever had is stored in the body. The anger you suppress. The heartbreak that you carry. The shame you hide inside. The anxiety that keeps you stuck. The grief that consumes you. They don’t just disappear. They become trapped in the body, dysregulating your nervous system, causing physical symptoms, pain and suffering, right through to your cells.

Emotional and physical trauma, conscious or unconscious, known or unknown, leaves an imprint on you as an energetic being. These emotions, this energy, become stuck if left unspoken, unseen and unheard.

Through the art of muscle monitoring, Kinesiology decodes the body’s messages, allowing the root cause to reveal itself and what you need to come back to a state of balance.

The energy begins to flow again, the un-healed parts of you begin to heal, layer by layer. The body feels lighter, the mind feels clearer and the heart opens a little wider.

It invites us to;
✨Release anything that lowers our vibration or takes us out of our authentic self.
✨ Embrace our uniqueness and know that we each have spiritual magic.
✨Honour your magic and notice what dims your light - then release it.

This release may involve shifting how you interact with your own energy and maybe even shifting who you allow into your life. Soul comparing anyone?

Soul Inquiry:
✨What is blocking your authentic expression and manifestation power?
✨What or who is dimming your light and stealing your joy?

This isn't about fitting into anyone else's version of success, this is about claiming the specific frequency that only you hold and trusting that the Universe needs exactly what you have to offer! Will you answer your souls call?

Today marks the peak activation of The Lions Gate portal 8/8/25 which opened on 28 July - and closes on 12 August.

The Lions Gate is considered to be a mystical time in Astrology. The Lions Gate portal refers to the aligning of two strong cosmic energies the star Sirius and the Sun in the sign of Leo. It's considered a transcendent alignment that allows you access to awareness beyond your usual perception and untold potential for manifestation.

8 is a powerful number, it represents the marriage of spirit and matter, the bridge between the physical and the energetic, the creative potential between the seen and unseen.

The numerology of 8/8 speaks to thought and feeling manifesting into tangible reality. The number reminds us that all that we are is mirrored into our environment, and all that we express into the world is returned to us.

I have absolutely loved diving deeper into my Kinesiology studies with Denise Robinson from !

Today's New Moon in the fire sign of Leo is all about you!

Leo is ruled by the sun and it is shining a light on the things that may be blocking you from being able to move forward authentically. Mercury is currently retrograde at this time, so there is also a deeper invitation to look within regarding all things to do with communication.

Its an invitation to step into the most authentic version of your voice, not just how you communicate with others, but how you communicate with yourself. Is your inner voice your biggest cheerleader or your harshest critic? Are you expressing your authentic self or are you performing a version of yourself that you think others want to see?

Heart connection is key here, you may have heart wounds that need healing. What stops you from expressing yourself from this heart space? Old wounds, past hurts, it's time to release them. To re-connect with your heart allow yourself to do the things that light you up and bring you joy, the things that light your inner fire! From this space you can authentically express, self acceptance becomes your reality and you can then give yourself permission to step into your full power, without guilt, without apology, boldly and fiercely.

This Full Moon in Capricorn is also known as the Buck Moon. It invites us to bring our attention to deeper aspects of ourselves, shining a light on where our focus currently is and to review if that focus is soul aligned, meaningful, your life's work.

Is it what you came here to do? Does it light you up or drain your energy? Is it still in alignment or do you need to let it go? Does it truly matter?

Decide what truly matters, commit your attention to what ignites the fire in your soul, your focus is your power, become aware of your distractions and reclaim your power!

Your emotions can provide valuable insights but they need not define you or dominate your focus, instead allow them to help you understand your essence and learn your purpose through observation.

Prioritise self care, balance giving and receiving, allow your spiritual and emotional needs to be met, ground your energy, put yourself first, find your balance, you can't give from an empty cup and everything flows better when its full.

This new moon in Cancer is all about our emotions, it invites us to dive deep, fully experience every feeling arising within our energetic body, sit with any emotions and begin to understand that this is the only way back to our true essence, holding space for ourselves to process what shows up for us in the present moment.

This allows us to find our unique vibration, the frequency that makes us feel at ease, fulfilled and content with life. Our home frequency brings us happiness and reminds us of our true nature, our soul, our essence. Its the part of ourselves that always remains the same no matter our circumstances, or fluctuating emotions that are not our true self.

✨Allow yourself the time to sit with your emotions and feel them to heal them.
✨Journal to release and process these emotions in there entirety, don't hold back or re-read what you have written, let it all out!
✨ You might like to do a mini ritual by safely burning and releasing what you have written or tearing it up and saying a prayer to your Angels.
✨Process these emotions, see them, understand them and then set your intentions with clarity moving forward.

By experiencing our emotions we unlock our intuition, allowing ourselves to rest, regulate our nervous system and have compassion for ourselves, we support our body, energy and mind so we don't run back to old patterns and comfort and sabotage ourselves, staying stuck and stagnant.

Now is the time to dream big and let your intuition guide you on your next steps to make your dreams a reality in the world of the senses, drawing them out of the world of dreams and building them in the world of form, trust your ability to dream anew!

Today’s New Moon in Ta**us brings attention to what we value and the worth we place on everything we have or desire.

Ruled by Venus and the element of earth, Ta**us offers us the gift of presence, inviting us to slow down and sink deeply into each moment, reminding us that there is profound wisdom in stillness.

The natural world demonstrates this wisdom during this time of year, with its unhurried release of autumn leaves. It reminds us we are not separate from nature, but are intimately connected to its rhythms and wisdom. When we feel untethered or overwhelmed we can always return to this connection as our anchor.
