As we move into the Christmas period, we wanted to share our holiday closure dates - and also take a moment to acknowledge that this time of year can feel especially heavy for some.

In light of recent events, it's completely understandable if you're feeling unsettled, anxious, or emotionally impacted. Please know that whatever you're feeling is valid and you don't have to navigate it alone.

Over the holidays, gentle practices can help you stay grounded like taking breaks from the news or social media, sticking to simple routines, spending time with people who feel safe, or pausing to breathe and reconnect with your surroundings may help.

If you find yourself needing support and don't have an appointment booked, help is still available. Speaking with someone - even briefly - can make a meaningful difference.

✨ Build stronger connections with your child⁠
✨ Create boundaries that increase safety for the whole family⁠
