PERFECTION

I've lost count of how many times I've gone to post something on social media and withdrew the post because it wasn't perfect.....

Perfectionism has its place...but when applied to every single action you do it can be crippling and unproductive.

I hope you are being kind to yourself and others. I hope you are not demanding perfectionism from others. We are all doing our best with the knowledge we have...most of us are open to learning...and most of us are looking for healing in the best ways we know how.....

I hope you will join me in giving up perfection....and embracing being human...and that you will give yourself and others grace to be!

May this be your gentle reminder to find your Aromatherapy essentials and use them....even if the time is not perfect!

What a beautiful way to start the market year! Thank you for a great Saturday.

It's the best feeling when a customer tells you that you're the reason they braved the rain and popped in to top up on their favourite wellness essentials.

Fun fact: The most popular product today was the It's Going To Be Ok Essential Oil Blend. (Perfect remedy for stress and anxiety).

Looking forward to seeing your smiling face tomorrow when we get to do it all over again (9am for the low sensory hour and 10am for the general public).
