This year, you found employment, moved into your own homes, built positive connections in your communities, made friendships independently, overcame social barriers, tried new things, and embraced incredible experiences. These are not just milestones; these achievements remind us what’s possible with a little support.

To our Staff: Behind every one of these success stories is your unwavering dedication. You’ve been there every step of the way, empowering our Participants to achieve their goals, break through challenges, and experience the fullness of life.
