Meet Tash..

Hello Im Tash I am a new mother learning a lot about slow mornings and midnight breaths. My days are stitched with mess, wonder and a love so big it reshapes me daily. I am meeting parts of myself I never knew existed the tender, the fierce, the undone and the deeply rooted..

Motherhood is cracking me open in the most sacred way, teaching me to soften, to listen, to trust the quiet wisdom in my body. I am walking this threshold between who I was and who I am becoming, and I am in awe of the woman rising here.
And in this becoming, I have felt a quiet, undeniable calling to gather women to hold a circle where we can arrive exactly as we are. A space to exhale, to be seen in the raw and the radiant, to remember we were never meant to do this alone.

Tash will be hosting Motherhood Circles here at The Thread Community Studio, starting Wednesday 11th March.

Kundalini Foundations on a Tuesday at the Thread with Ali & Estelle..

This 7 week Kundalini Yoga Foundations course offers a supportive, in depth introduction to the core tools of Kundalini Yoga. Designed for beginners, returning students, and practitioners seeking clarity, this course breaks the practice down into its essential components so you can build confidence, understanding, and embodied experience.

Each week, we will focus on one foundational element of Kundalini Yoga: such as breath of fire, mantra, breath retention, mudra, rhythm, and meditation. Rather than rushing through techniques, we’ll take time to explore how and why these practices are used, how they affect the body systems, and how to apply them sustainably and skilfully.

Classes will include:

• Clear instruction and technique breakdown

• Gentle kriya and movement to integrate each focus

• Space for rest, reflection, and questions

• Context around the energetic, physiological, and traditional purpose of each tool

This course is ideal if you:

• Are new to Kundalini Yoga and want a solid foundation

• Have practiced before but want deeper understanding and confidence

• Feel unsure about certain techniques and want to practice with clarity and care

No prior experience is required. The course is paced thoughtfully, with options offered and an emphasis on listening to your body and nervous system.

✨ Facilitator Spotlight ✨

Brearna Hayden is a practitioner and facilitator working with bio-energetics, frequency, and esoteric pattern work that supports people to come back into alignment with their gifts and the natural rhythms of life. She has been a trained Reiki Master and Numerologist since 2013, is a Gene Keys Guide, and has continued to expand her work through further qualifications in life coaching, Touch For Health kinesiology, SoundTouch, and other body-based and energetic modalities.
Brearna’s approach is grounded, nurturing and intentional.

She is passionate about helping people understand how subtle energetic and esoteric patterns shape their inner and outer worlds, and how small, intentional shifts can create greater clarity, stability and ease in everyday life.

Starting in March, Brearna will be hosting Energy Alignment Circles at Thread. Monthly gatherings that align to the universal numerology energy of the month as an anchor for intention setting and energetic alignment. These circles support coherence across the body, nervous system and awareness, focusing on alignment rather than fixing or forcing change.
Brearna facilitates with clarity, intention and respect for individual boundaries. Her work is accessible, grounded and relevant across all levels of experience. Everyone is welcome.
Brearna will be hosting Energy Alignment Circles on the first Wednesday of every month from March at The Thread Community studio.
