Ro is the heart and soul behind Wild Heart Rituals, a space created to inspire connection, healing, and growth through sacred ceremony and community. With a deep love for nature and a commitment to living from the heart.

Ro has been facilitating circles for the last 7 years, that invite people to reconnect with themselves, one another, and the earth.

Having spent years cultivating a deep connection to the natural world and the transformative power of ritual, Ro creates safe, inclusive spaces where people can be real, vulnerable, and seen. Through every gathering, whether it’s singing, sharing, or quiet reflection, Ro holds a space for individuals to come home to themselves and honour their inner wisdom.

Wild Heart Rituals is an expression of Ro’s passion for guiding others on a journey of self-discovery, connection, and healing - all while staying grounded in love, authenticity, and the cycles of nature. ✨

Hello, I’m Simone Smith, or as you will get to know me as Sim. I am a qualified Yoga and Meditation teacher.

My goal with starting Smile Within is to share my passion for yoga and to nurture and support my class in a safe and positive environment. I will guide you in a gentle way that will open you to experience the many benefits of yoga for yourselves and cultivate a more centred and calmer you. I look forward to meeting you soon.
yoga will be offering yoga & meditation classes for the community on a Thursday, as well as a free chair yoga class at 11am πŸ’“πŸ™πŸΌ

Cristal Clear Sounds welcomes you for a light sound meditation session which will leave you calm-setting you up for your week ahead.

Mat space - $25

Please bring along whatever you need for your comfort-I recommend a yoga mat/towel with a thick blanket to lay on, blanket/s to cover you, a cushion/small pillow or folded blanket for under your head and an eye pillow/sleeping mask/scarf to cover your eyes.

The Thread is a cosy space-air con will be used as needed to keep you comfortable. but your temperature will drop as you start to relax so it’s good to wear layers.

I want the magic of sound to be accessible to everyone-please reach out if the ticket price is a barrier to you being able to attend.
