Hi, my name is Anna 😊

I’m 24 years old and bring a kind, compassionate, and people-centred approach to my work. I’m passionate about making a positive difference in people’s everyday lives and supporting individuals with dignity, respect, and patience.

I’ve completed professional training in verbal and non-verbal communication through the QLD Police Academy, which has strengthened my situational awareness, de-escalation skills, and ability to communicate effectively. Building trust, safety, and genuine connection is at the heart of everything I do.

Through my lived experience, I’ve developed strong adaptability, empathy, and attentiveness when supporting individuals living with a disability. I focus on fostering independence while creating meaningful, supportive relationships tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active—whether that’s camping, hiking, surfing, swimming, snorkelling, or photography.

Hi, I’m Chloe 👋
I’m 26 and proudly based in the Raymond Terrace area, supporting people across Newcastle, Port Stephens, and Maitland through Altitude Support Services.

I’m a patient, kind, and respectful disability support worker who genuinely loves getting to know each person I support — their personality, their quirks, their goals, and what makes them feel safe and confident.

I’m a dedicated disability support worker with a genuine passion for helping people live fulfilling, independent lives. Through both professional experience and lived experience, I bring real empathy, patience, and understanding to the people I support. I believe in building trusting relationships where people feel safe, respected, heard, and valued.

What truly inspires me is seeing people find strength on the hardest days — and still keep moving toward their goals, even when the obstacles feel overwhelming. Courage doesn’t mean life is easy — it means showing up anyway, and I’m proud to walk alongside people on that journey.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my teenage children, being creative, listening to music, and catching up with friends — all of which keeps me grounded and brings positivity into the work I do every day.

Meet Chloe!
Chloe is 25 and based in the Maitland area. She brings 3 years of experience in the disability support industry and 1 year in aged care, holding certificates in both Aged and Disability Support.
Chloe is patient, kind, and respectful, and she genuinely enjoys getting to know her clients and their unique personalities. It brings her great joy to see those she supports happy and thriving. She is passionate about creating positive environments, building trust, and promoting independence, always recognising that each person is unique and not defined by their disability.
Outside of work, Chloe is a devoted animal lover with two cats and a dog — all very spoilt! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her fur-babies, playing video games, catching up over coffee or a good meal, traveling, spending time with family, and getting creative through crochet and sewing.

We at altitude believe that you never truly know what someone else is going through. Behind every smile, conversation, or quiet moment may be challenges, worries, or battles that aren’t visible to the outside world.
That’s why kindness matters. Patience matters. A simple check-in, a listening ear, or a small act of understanding can mean more than you realise to someone who’s struggling silently.
