Knowing red flags can help you recognise the signs to an unhealthy relationship dynamic to catch it before it gets out of hand. Red flags are not always a sign of the end.. People may have poor behaviour and be unintentionally causing harm. The key difference between a red flag to get away from and a red flag that may change is just that, change.

If someone is unintentionally having you feel say controlled - when you approach them about it, they will apologise, acknowelge the problem and change their behaviour. Red flags to walk away from will have you double guessing yourself, have you feeling uncertain, anxious, maybe even blamed.

If things dont feel right, chances are, something might be up. Talk to someone trusted about it and make a plan of how you want to approach…

Contemplating doing some emotions infographics…. Like mental health but maybe just for some of the harder emotions/concepts like shame, anger, guilt, grief, self- isolation, hurt, lonely…. Etc..

Thoughts??

A decent amount of the destructive sense of self ive seem stems from anger.. so to normalise the hard stuff..?!?

Maybe to pair with a what it looks like, what i can do.. hmmmm
