LumaWell Care Group is seeking compassionate and experienced Support Workers to join our growing team across the Newcastle area.

About the Role:
You will be supporting participants to build life skills, achieve their personal goals, and improve their overall quality of life. Supports may include:
• Personal care
• Community access activities (e.g., yoga, swimming, social outings)
• Assistance with daily living and household tasks
• Attending appointments and grocery shopping
• Companionship and building independence

About You:
• Experienced in working within the mental health sector
• Calm, centered, and an excellent communicator
• Active and willing to engage in community activities
• Comfortable and experienced around animals (essential)
• Knowledgeable in following Behaviour Support Plans
• Hold a Full NSW Driver’s Licence
• Hold NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Hold a current First Aid Certificate
