As an EAP, one of the services Hunterlink offers is Critical Incident Support if the need arises.
It takes time for a business to return to normal after a traumatic or distressing incident and Hunterlink can provide counselling as well as help to put medium- and long-term support structures in place for your team.
This week we have been in Cowra doing a toolbox talk and providing support for electrical workers after a recent incident.

Did you know that Hunterlink's team are all ASIST trained? The newest members of the team, Julie and Rachel, have just completed the two-day course thanks to LivingWorks and FewforShoe.
While we all hope to never need su***de intervention skills, it's important for members of the community to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to provide support when needed.

Seafarer Welfare was the top priority at the recent Wellbeing at Sea Conference 2026, held in Adelaide. Hunterlink CEO Christine Field was one of the speakers at the event, highlighting the psychosocial safety of seafarers.

Every day is a school day and this week it was delegates from the CEPU Tasmania taking the opportunity to learn with Hunterlink providing Mental Health Training to the group from across the state.

Jake led a workshop session on mental health and wellbeing on the job, so the delegates can learn to recognise issues among the members they represent and point them in the right direction to access support.

Hunterlink were proud to present at this year's HACSU Womens Forum with one of our Counsellors - Renee - speaking to the well-attended gathering in Melbourne.

This year's conference will focus on the experience of women working across the health and community services sector and their continued struggle for workplace equality. It's all part of the broader discussion of the International Women's Day theme of Balance the Scales.
