Relaxation massage will be offered by therapist in training during the those working days with no health fund claims. Plz don't send appointment requests on facebook if you want relaxation massage. When you decide to book remedial massage plz make sure you are able to attend your appointment. If you can't please don't prebook your space. I will make sure the other customer is also have an opportunity to get remedial massage.

For new clients full payment may be required when you prebook your appointments especially on weekends to avoid not showing up.

Remedial massage is a treatment-based, holistic therapy that works best for soft tissue injuries, particularly those stemming from muscle overuse, repetitive movements, and poor posture.
When muscle stiffness is present, the pressure applied will not immediately pe*****te to the deep tissues and provide instant release. Instead, the process is gradual and progressive: we first work through the layers of the skin and superficial fascia, then the deep myofascia, to reach the muscle tissue causing the pain.
We understand people often seek a quick fix and immediate results. Unfortunately, the body does not work that way. Applying excessively quick or strong pressure to tense muscles will not lead to a lasting release; it can actually cause your body's self-protective mechanisms to engage, resulting in increased muscle guarding and making you feel worse later.
Therefore, working through your problematic areas across at least two or three sessions will provide a gradual and progressive approach that optimizes and sustains better results for your recovery.
