The Only the Best Support Coordination 4U (OBSC4U) website is now live.

The new website includes helpful information about the services we provide and how we support people navigating the NDIS.

You can now also submit referrals directly through the website, making it easier for participants, families and providers to get in touch when support coordination or help applying for the NDIS is needed.

I’m looking to expand the team at Only the Best Support Coordination 4U (OBSC4U) and would love to connect with experienced Support Coordinators.

Support Coordinator / Specialist Support Coordinator Opportunity (Subcontractor)

We are expanding!

We are currently looking for an experienced Support Coordinator/Specialist Support Coordinator (Level 2 & Level 3) to join OBSC4U.

OBSC4U is a small, independent NDIS-registered provider specialising in Support Coordination, working with participants who often have complex disabilities and complex life circumstances.

Many of our participants require support navigating housing and tenancy challenges, psychosocial disability, and multiple service systems, particularly where SIL or SDA are not appropriate options.

This role would suit an experienced practitioner (e.g. Social Work, Psychology, Community Services) who can work confidently with complex situations and manage competing priorities.

You can bring your own participants, and there is also an existing caseload of around 15 participants available.

Applicants will need to provide two professional referees (supervisor/mentor) from within the past two years.

I’m pleased to share that Only the Best Support Coordination 4U (OBSC4U) is now registered and has returned to providing independent Support Coordination services.

OBSC4U was created to deliver conflict-free, participant-focused Support Coordination, grounded in choice, control, and practical outcomes — and that’s exactly what we’re offering again.

I’m also proud to share that OBSC4U is now supported by a small, experienced team of Coordinators of Supports, allowing us to assist participants across:
📍 Newcastle
📍 Lake Macquarie
📍 Lower Hunter
📍 NSW Central West, including Dubbo and Narromine

We support participants with Level 2 and Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination, working alongside families, carers, plan managers, providers, and the NDIA to ensure plans are implemented effectively and supports truly make a difference.

If you’re a participant, family member, or referrer looking for independent, ethical Support Coordination, we’d love to hear from you.

After much reflection, I’ve made the decision to close Only the Best Support Coordination 4U (OBSC4U) as I step into a new full-time role as Specialist Support Coordination Manager with VHCC.

This is a positive move that aligns perfectly with my values and ethics – VHCC puts participants at the forefront of everything we do. I’m proud to be joining a team that genuinely shares my commitment to respectful, person-centred support.

Ok, I'm a bit desperate for a regular and reliable lawn mowing person for a small yard located in the Mayfield area. Can anyone at all assist? I've so far had no luck with anyone!!

Must have excellent communication skills and be reliable to turn up when they say they will.

I have a very frustrated participant who just wants the lawns mowed and some items trimmed 🌳when needed.

It's not too much to ask, is it?

NDIS Registration Audit Success 🎉✅

We did it! Yesterday, we successfully completed our stage 2 registration NDIS audit, and we are officially through the process! 🎉

Feeling relieved but happy to now wait for the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission to do their part. This has been a huge milestone, and we’re excited about continuing to provide high-quality, person-centred support coordination services to our participants.

A big thank you to everyone who has supported us on this journey! 💙
