As we make our way into winter, lets take some lessons from the Danes and get into Hygge!

In a nutshell, this is basically embracing coziness and activities that promote feelings of contentment and wellbeing. Snuggle on the lounge, make a big pot of tea, wear your favourite winter woollies, pick up a novel, have a bubble bath.

Whatever feels cozy and relaxed for you. Give yourself permission to practice this slow, intentional self care. Your nervous system will love it.
