What if your pain wasn’t caused by an injury?

Many people live with persistent pain and never realise the root cause could be hidden within their own muscles. It’s called Involuntary Muscle Contraction (IMC) – where muscles tighten without your conscious control.

Think of it like a knot in a pulley system. Even when you think you’re relaxed, that muscle might already be 10% contracted. That subtle tension can put uneven pressure on joints, affect circulation and yes – cause pain.

I’m genuinely chuffed when someone I’ve just met really gets me and what I do so quickly. 🙌

This week, a new connection that actively listened & seems to of truly understood what I am about, has written me a thoughtful recommendation that resonated with me. Moments like these remind me why I value building genuine, two-way business relationships.

I’ve also been enjoying some great 1:1 catch-ups with people I’ve met at the FREE once a month networking event, he runs; here in Newcastle. It’s been such a rewarding way to grow real, relationship-based networks in this amazing city.
